Suspicious Transaction Order Reports (STORs) are critical for the regulators to identify potential market abuse. The requirement to notify the regulators applies broadly and the FCA has said that it feels the number of notifications it receives is low which inhibits its ability to prevent financial crime (some market abuse is criminal).
Notifications are made through the FCA Connect system which is only available to those in your firm with a login. This Word document gives you all the fields that FCA Connect requires so you can more easily gather the information you need before entering it into FCA Connect.
